- Beginners, improvers and advanced courses run in weekly evening cycles.
- Some of those courses are now of mixed level to the benefit of all participants.
- We also run all levels weekends and retreat and advanced weekends.

This is physical, musical and verbal improvisation. You don't need to weary if you not proficient in all those forms as we're working with flow, mutual support, games and the pleasure principle. But you need to be pass beginner stage to enjoy this workshop.
The first morning on Saturday act as an audition and you'll get a full refund if you don't have the required level of fluency to participate. What we mean by fluency is the capacity to listen and work with other people ideas as well as a reasonable amount of self-belief and the willingness to throw yourself into the unknown.
