We respect the privacy of people who visit this website. This privacy statement reflects current information practices. If and when there are future changes to our privacy policy, we will post them on this page. If you have questions or concerns about this policy, please contact us.

We do not collect personally identifiable information about any user or survey respondent unless the person voluntarily provides such information. If you voluntarily provide your email address or other contact information for one of these purposes, we might also use it to inform you of changes to this website, future classes and workshops, or to ask for your feedback on some aspect of our activities. At your first request, we will remove your contact information from our files.

We do not make your contact information or any other personally identifiable information available to anyone outside our organisation and its service providers - who use the information only for purposes we authorised - unless we are legally required to do so. No one uses this information for any other commercial or fundraising purposes.

Occasionally, we report quoted feedback from users. We do not attribute feedback to specific individuals unless we obtain permission to use that person’s name along with the feedback.

Notice of Infringing Material [top]

To file a notice of infringing material on this website, please provide a notification containing the following details:

Reasonably sufficient details to enable us to identify the work claimed to be infringed or, if multiple works are claimed to be infringed, a representative list of such works (for example: title, author, any registration or tracking number, URL);

Reasonably sufficient detail to enable us to identify and locate the material that is claimed to be infringing (for example a link to the page that contains the material);

Your contact information so that we can contact you (for example, your address, telephone number, email address);

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material identified is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is alleged to be infringed.

Your physical or electronic signature.

Corporate and institution [top]

A deposit for each participant is required to secure a place on the chosen course (see bookings bellow). The remaining fee will be invoiced to your organisation at the start of the course unless we receive a cancellation order at list 30 days prior to the starting date.

Bookings, payment and cancellation [top]

Booking onlines
To book online click on the PayPal's icon and choose your payment method (bank card, eCheque or PayPal account). The transaction details will be emailed to you by PayPal. Your banking details will neither be accessed nor stored by www.imprology.com.

Bookings by cheque
Send a cheque payable to "imprology" to our postal address along with the name, telephone and email contact of the workshop's participant(s). Make sure that it reaches us at list 5 days before the start of the class you want to book. The booking fee when paying by cheque is indicated on the booking page for each event. We will confirm your booking on receipt by email or telephone. Your cheque will not be cashed if the class is already full. If you are paying for a deposit, the remaining fee will be payable when attending your first class unless otherwise agreed in writting.

Deposit, payment and installments
If you just paid a deposit the remaining cost for the class you've booked is payable when attending your first class. You can pay through Paypal before that day, or on the day by cheque or cash. You can also pay by cheque of two equal instalments, 3 weeks apart, at no extra cost.

Paying at the door
Paying at the door is only possible for workshops when the "At the door" option is available on the payment interface. The price is the same for paying by cheque or paying at the door.

Should you need to cancel a booking
Please give us notice at least 30 days in advance. No booking fees will be refund after this time. Bookings cancellation should be made by email stating your name, the payment transaction number your received upon successful transaction or the number of the cheque you've issued and the name and date of the classes you wish to cancel. If you cancel a booking with us at least 30 days in advance, a full refunds of your deposit will be made from cleared funds to the account initially charged.

Should we need to cancel classes
Should any unforeseeable event force us to cancel a class or a series of classes, you will be offered the choice between an alternative class or a full and prompt refund. All refunds are made from cleared funds only.

Refund for failed audition
Access to some advanced classes are subject to audition. Should you attend and fail an audition, any deposit made towards the class will be promptly and fully refunded from cleared funds to the account initially charged.

Concession [top]

Unless otherwise stated, concession fees are available to students, the unemployed, equity members, people over 60 years of age and imprology's recent former students (i.e. people who took a cycle, weekend or retreat with us in the past 6 month).

Group discount [top]

Contact us us by email after booking the same class with details of the class and names of all the people who have also booked in your group and all of you will receive a discount as follow:
- three friends discount = 15% each;
- four friends discount = 20% each;
- five friends discount = 25% each;
This will be refunded on the Paypal account/bank card used to pay for the full fee or discounted from your final payment if you have just paid a deposit. Easy.

Satisfaction guarantee [top]

We are in the business of making people happy, so if the first class you took with us didn't meet your expectations, let us know and we will offer you a full and prompt refund.

Fraud prevention [top]

If you worry about internet fraud and think this entire operation could be a scam (with videos and all), contact us and we'll put you in touch with existing clients who can testify that all is real and good.
