    We respect the privacy of people who visit this website. This privacy statement reflects current information practices. If and when there are future changes to our privacy policy, we will post them on this page. If you have questions or concerns about this policy, please contact us.

    We do not collect personally identifiable information about any user or survey respondent unless the person voluntarily provides such information. If you voluntarily provide your email address or other contact information for one of these purposes, we might also use it to inform you of changes to this website, future classes and workshops, or to ask for your feedback on some aspect of our activities. At your first request, we will remove your contact information from our files.

    We do not make your contact information or any other personally identifiable information available to anyone outside our organisation and its service providers - who use the information only for purposes we authorised - unless we are legally required to do so. No one uses this information for any other commercial or fundraising purposes.

    Occasionally, we report quoted feedback from users. We do not attribute feedback to specific individuals unless we obtain permission to use that person’s name along with the feedback.



    To file a notice of infringing material on this website, please provide a notification containing the following details:

    Reasonably sufficient details to enable us to identify the work claimed to be infringed or, if multiple works are claimed to be infringed, a representative list of such works (for example: title, author, any registration or tracking number, URL);

    Reasonably sufficient detail to enable us to identify and locate the material that is claimed to be infringing (for example a link to the page that contains the material);

    Your contact information so that we can contact you (for example, your address, telephone number, email address);

    A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material identified is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

    A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is alleged to be infringed.

    Your physical or electronic signature.

    Then please contact us with your notice.



    A non-refundable deposit for each participant is required to secure a place on the chosen course (see bookings bellow). The remaining fee will be invoiced to your organisation at the start of the course unless we receive a cancellation order at list 30 days prior the starting date.



    Booking onlines
    To book online click on the PayPal's icon and choose your payment method (bank card, eCheque or PayPal account). The transaction details will be emailed to you by PayPal. Your banking details will neither be accessed nor stored by www.imprology.com.

    Bookings by mail
    To book offine send the corresponding deposit by cheque payable to "imprology" to our postal address, along with the name, telephone and email contact of the participant, at list five working days before your first class. We will confirm your booking by email or telephone. The full cost is payable when attending your first class.

    Payment and installments
    The full remaining cost of the classes is payable when attending your first class, online or on the day by cheque or cash. Students can also pay by cheque of two equal installments, 3 weeks appart, at no extra cost.

    Should you need to cancel a booking
    Please give us notice at least 30 days in advance. No booking fees will be refund after this time. Bookings cancellation should be made by email stating your name, the payment transaction number your received upon successful transaction or the number of the cheque you've issued and the name and date of the classes you wish to cancel. Full refunds of corresponding course fees will be made from cleared funds to the account initially charged.

    Should we need to cancel classes
    Should any unforeseeable event force us to cancel a class or a series of classes, you will be offered the choice between an alternative class or a full and prompt refund. All refunds are made from cleared funds.



    Concession fees are available to students, the unemployed, people over 60 years of age and Far Games and partners' institutions former students (i.e. if you are not eligible for concession you will be after taking your first cycle of Far Games classes). Booking two cycles (evening and full weekend or 2 full weekends) in the same calendar month attract a further 25% discount on the weekend cycle.
