Description: Relaxing the body and preparing the mind.
Set-up: Participants lying down on the floor, hands on the stomach. Instructions: Participants are invited by the facilitator to register the thoughts occupying their mind. This record will be used at the end of the session to facilitate their "return to reality". Then deep breathing will help them to empty their mind, relax their body and be in the present moment. Pointers: Focus, perception and significance. |
