Description: Participants forming letters of the alphabet with their bodies.
Set-up: All participants in pairs.
Instructions: Participants have to form a letter of the alphabet with their body as instructed (A, H, B…), as quickly as possible and in as many different ways as possible.
Variation: Same exercise with groups of two, three and more.
